That's what I did, and that same day the Better Business Bureau contacted me. Go straight to the Better Business Bureau website and post your complaint, loud and clear. Well, don't try to talk to them because you'd be wasting your breath and your time. Who is the right outfit to talk to about this letter? I've never (nor my s.o.) have set up an account with Comenity Bank and again, did not apply for a VS credit card. "Your behavioral risk score as of Nov 09, 2021: 373 (This is different from your FICO (R) Score) Also, there was this following text near the bottom of the letter: I never (nor my s.o.) applied for a VS credit card, so did an actual fraudster tried to open an account under my name? Or is this letter a phishing scam itself? I noticed the typo "amounton" and was suspicious. Low level of authentication indicative of ID Fraud.
